In this two-part series, Lauren Vela, Senior Director of Member Value at the Pacific Business Group on Health, will use PBGH's Employer's Guide as the road map. Attendees will:

Learn how to evaluate your current formulary.

Learn how to eliminate all wasteful drugs from your formulary.

Hear case studies from employers who have successfully eliminated wasteful drugs from the formulary.

Between Part 1 and Part 2, you will be given the opportunity to evaluate your organization's own specific opportunity by using the PBGH Wasteful Drug Calculator. Plan to bring your results with you to Part 2 so you can identify specific actions you can take to reduce waste in your formulary.

Part 2 is March 4, 11-12 CT
