Guidance Released on Employer Mandate Delay

From the National Business Coalition on Health: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued Notice 2013-45 , regulatory guidance that formally delays the employer mandate provisions in the ACA, first announced on July 2. Employers Rank Obesity #1 Concern, But Frustrated With Lack of Success in Addressing Problem

Employer Mandate Delayed Until 2015

The dust is still settling on the implications of the decision to delay the employer mandate until 2015.
