CDC's National Diabetes Prevention Program

MBGH is working with the CDC in recruiting employers, insurers, health care professionals and other stakeholders to participate in the National Diabetes Prevention Program to prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes among people with pre-diabetes. MBGH Awarded Grant to Expand National Diabetes Prevention Program in Tennessee
